As far as two call  - you call her when you are ready to head her way and she will tell you the hotel where she is or the neighborhood where she's located.  Once you get to the location she has told you, you call her again and this time she either gives you the hotel room number or an exact address of where to find her.

First of all, as a newbie you are moderated, so when you post something it will not show up in the forum right away. It has to be approved by staff first. You just need to be patient and wait for the post to appear. This is probably what happened with your list of questions.

As for your specific questions here, I think Naomi did a good job answering them. The only thing I would ad is that you might want to try PMing some of the reviewers of the lady you want to see. The reason I say this, is that she doesn't have her own website, and her rates are not listed in her ad. You can go by the rate you see in her TER profile, but sometimes that rate is not correct. This is because the profile is set by the first person who reviewed her, and it only gets changed if someone files a problem report. So you could check with the most recent reviewers, and ask if the profile rate is current, and if services are current. Other than that, you should expect what you read in the reviews. It is normal to be nervous your first time (and even beyond the first time). Just relax and enjoy.
