Frankie's advice below is good. Find the regional discussion board that serves the largest city near you and join in the discussion. You find the regional boards at the bottom of the selection list that contain this board, use the pulldown list of regional boards to find the city of your interest. Join in the discussion there. You should get a VIP membership ($20 per month, I think), that way you can send personal mail to people using your username. There are several pitfalls associated with this business, so you really need to think long and hard about what you are doing and about your reasons for doing it.
