I recently had my first date at and it was amazing. However, since I'm a super newbie I'm concerned that since I left that some LE a-hole has me on tape leaving the providers place. Can they arrest me even though they didn't "catch me in the act?" Like some or all here I have a family to protect. Am I being paranoid? I humbly beseech the advice of those who have been there. Both providers and hobbyists alike.    Regards,  Super Newbie

Everyone here is paranoid. Its the law! lol. CAN LE arrest you? Sure. Will they? No. "Leaving the providers place" is also done by her mom, UPS and the cable guy. lol.

When you say leaving her place, did you mean her incall (hotel) or residence? My only concern is that I dont see girls with a static (same one over and over) incall. I like women that mix it up. Different hotels, different towns, etc.

Make sure you are seeing well reviewed girls whose reviewers also have lots of reviews under their belts. You need to have VIP here to get that info.

If you are extremely LE phobic, and it sounds like you are lol, do outcall in a large upscale hotel with a busy lobby and no key card for elevator.

I don't have a reason other than the obvious concern that LE was watching her place and will contact me later to prosecute me because they have somehow hacked P411 and are watching her place( or one of her places). I guess I'm just super nervous because A) I loved every minute of it and B) it was so easy because I used p411 to set up the date. Has P411 been used in stings? Is there something I can do to mitigate my concerns going forward?  I went to an apartment and parked MY car in front so idk if this is a concern or not. I'm home now and it's been a couple days. Should I be worried. Keep in mind that I'm ÜBER new. Love all

I left her apartment in a relatively nice area in my own car. Her place was clearly for hobbyists only since there was no furniture and it was a almot bed only place. I know she doesn't live there because, well, who would. She is Highly reviewed as 'go to' provider which is why I chose her in the first place. I truly appreciate BP and MD taking the time to review my question as I respect their knowledge. So, too paranoid or is there A lesson here. Again, she is a very reviewed provider with very good reviews. I think that maybe I'm over analyzing my own success in this regard. Thoughts? Thanks again to BP and MD!

where the money changed hands or right after you left if the place was under surveillance.

Unless a major investigation is ongoing, LE is not going to waste resources following you around which is what they would need to do

Trust your instincts.

Try to arrive a few minutes early at her place, do a casual drive around and if all seems cool, park in her lot and proceed.

If this is BP and you are worried about getting watched or robbed, drive away.

If this is a highly reviewed lady, you really have nothing to worry about. At worst, next time park a couple blocks away and walk to her incall.

That is not uncommon in stings. Even if you have done nothing that they can arrest you for, they are likely to still hound you. If you are the nervous type, they may be effective since they are skilled and trained in this; they also have no scruples when dealing with people they consider might be criminals. They would very likely tell you they will call your wife and discuss it with her just to get you to talk.
Do you have an airtight alibi for your family as to why you were at the location? Are you prepared to say nothing to police, and do you know how to do that properly? That can be more challenging than it seems.
I had a close call once when I was only in the company of a provider in public. Police interrogated us. Ran our IDs and found she had a prostitution conviction. They came back and went at me. They were very aggressive.
I knew there was nothing I could be arrested for, but they already had information about me because I just talked to them in a very relaxed way when first approached. They are trained to do this. I became very afraid they would continue by contacting my work or home. How could I explain to anyone I was in the company of a convicted prostitute? I couldn't.  I could fight a charge, I could not fight that.
If you are seriously worried, you should consider finding a defense attorney. $500-1000 should be enough for a retainer. That takes care of the legal part. After that, get some training and practice how to never say anything at any time to a police officer. Ever. Learn when you do and don't have to present your ID or give your name. police will lie to you telling you that you must, even when you do not. It's not complicated, but if you don't know how you will not be able to do it. It you do not have the intestinal fortitude you will not either. You must be prepared.
Even then, other people will think you are acting strange or paranoid by "stonewalling" police and standing up for your constitutional rights. The average person thinks only someone who is guilty wont talk to police. You have to set that idea aside and protect yourself first

if your ever approached by LE.  Check the TER legal board, so you know your rights, DO a search of STFU (Shut the fuck up) No one has talked their way of being arrested, but you can sure talk your way in.  BTW, arrest you for what? Walking out of a hotel or apartment?

but LE still needs evidence "beyond areasonable doubt" that you engaged in an exchange of money for sex.

A course in knowing, understanding and exercising ones "Rights" should be taught at high school level. If they did the "Patriot Act" might not have ever passed; at least not without a moratorium.

Thanks to all of you who replied. I feel much better and I have my next date tomorrow afternoon with a super highly reviewed provider. I'm glad to have such a community with similar social mores that understands the logistical nature of our hobby.
