I live in Cincy and wanted some advise. Ive just got on this site but having trouble reaching anyone. I did the other night and she told she would be at my place in 40 mins but never showed. If you have no escort refs and are not willing to provide full name and employment, you are shit out of luck with a quality lady. Some will accept a screening site with no refs, but I would not. I only use screening sites if a guy has references. If not, I am not going to let a third party screen your employment for me...I can do it myself.

If she was, I'd contact her and just ask what happened nicely. Most good providers will usually apologize and offer to make it up to you if she was set on seeing you. If she blows you off, move on.

There's really nothing set in stone you can say to make a provider think you're legit. Generally you just have to talk respectfully and act like you're not hiding anything and have done your research. As a newbie, it's probably best if you search out well-reviewed and newbie friendly escorts and enroll in a verification service like Datecheck or P411. A lot of providers won't take just a service verification on its own for a newbie but quite a few do and it'll also go some way to convincing them you're on the up and up.

Of course, go to the self-help center linked at the top of the newbies board and read through it too.

the verification sites for the only screening, that's their right.  They can screen any way they see fit.  I would suggest you join P411, Gina is pretty good at working with newbs to verify them.  Additionally, that site allows providers to indicate if they are newbie friendly.  That generally means their screening is lighter than many others.

It's too bad about your NCNS, but it is an unfortunate fact of this hobby, it does happen, both by the men and the women.  It sucks, yes, but it is reality.  If you really want to see this lady, try contacting her and, as others have said, be nice and respectful in talking to her, if you are able to get in touch with her.  She may have a perfectly good reason, but you won't know until you talk to her.  If she doesn't respond to you, it's time to move on.  There are plenty of others out there.
