Sorry. Not gonna happen. I can't compromise my safety (using business computers in various places). Consider adding a conventional HTML version as an option or cut back on the scripts and other unnecessary stuff.

As far as I know, a website that is used in a profile must have photos of the provider for the review that starts that profile to go up.

These websites do not have to have the TER logo for that purpose.

The TER logo, however, must appear on any website which a provider links to whenever she posts on TER, and certainly when the post is an ad.

So, you can go ahead and use this new website if it has the TER logo and you link to it for your postings and ads.

If you want this new website to replace that one that is currently on your profile, you must be sure it has photos of you and you must file a problem report to notify TER that you want the new website to go up.

I currently have a cookie cutter website that has been approved by TER and bears the logo.  In conjunction with my new business model, I am working on a new website that will be up in the next couple weeks once I work out the kinks.  Does my new website need to be approved by TER or can I just modify the existing link located in My TER and include the TER logo on my new website?

I completely understand your concerns, it's one of the reasons I'll be putting a new one up.  Along with having more control over the website.  The new website will not have flash or java.  I'm making it as simple and as user friendly as possible.  With the popular use of smartphones and security policies companies have in place, it makes it difficult for some to view the websites.  As far as what's existing, the "polaroid stack" is a duplicate of photos already contained on the page.  Unless it's using Java for the normal photo gallery?  I've given up on trying to modify that website, the way they have it set up and what I have access to is frustrating!
