New to the hobby. Need some pointers

Hey everyone.

I'm a noob to this hobby and after a few bad experiences, I finally found TER.  I've been researching heavily but haven't been able to find any solid advice on what to do in preparation for a date.

One of my biggest concerns is hair.  I'm 1/2 Italian so I have it EVERYWHERE.  Are providers usually ok with chest/back/butt/stomache hair?  Or should I start waxing/nairing it off?  Trimming/shaving of the pubes is a given.

Also, do many providers have size requirements?  I mean this in several ways:
1. At a mere 5'2" (the other half is Filipino), I doubt I'll be taller than many providers.
2. I've let my diet/exercise regimen lapse for the last few years and now I'm in not-so-great condition.  Will a provider turn me down for being out of shape?
3. Being half-asian is not without it's downsides.  Fully erect I stand approximately 6.5" long but width is probably 1.25-1.5". Will some providers refuse or reduce services to someone who is not well endowed?

Additionally, what would be considered good phone etiquette?  Should I speak to the provider as if we are good friends, or as if this is a business transaction?

I know I'm asking a lot of questions, but I've been ripped off badly with a CL bait-n-swith and even more badly with a Rub-n-Tug where I paid over $800 to shake my own hand.  I want to know everything I can in order to ensure happiness and satisfaction with this hobby.

Since joining TER, I've found a very useful tool for finding legitimate providers as well as a compendium of information about the hobby.  I've just applied for RS2K & P411 memberships, as well.

You sound like you're looking for a girlfriend, not an escort.

I don't think anybody is going to turn you away for having too much hair or too little dick. They're always glad to see me, and I'm in my fifties, and, while I'm not in bad shape for my age, I'm not 25 anymore.

It doesn't hurt to make yourself presentable, and good hygiene goes without saying, to make your provider comfortable. You'll have a better time for sure. But remember, she's not looking for a guy to rock her world. She's looking for a guy to pay her fee, respect her rules, comport himself as a gentleman, and leave promptly when his time is up.

I thinks if your comfortable  with your self then keep the hair. It hurts like hell with the waxing unless you like pain.I think you should talk to the provider as if she's is a friend. Sorry to here about the rip off. Every provider isn't like that.From experience.

I see where you're coming from with the "looking for a girlfriend" thing.  All I want to do is make sure that the experience is a good one.  I know I'll be enjoying myself, but if she's distracted from some of the things I mentioned earlier, she may not be as into it.  Thanks for the help

The person that says that size doesn't matter as long as your cash is green has the best point.  Of course, if you are a larger guy, be sure to bathe properly etc.  Personally, I check with a provider to see if they are ok with it,  but that is partially a courtesy thing on my part.  

Personally, regarding phone etiquette, I try and just talk normally.  How the conversation goes depends more on the provider.  If they are all business on the phone, I follow suit.  If they are cheerful and friendly, then they get the same out of me.  

As far as avoiding ripoffs, do your research.  Also, ask for provider recommendations on here.
