I am looking for a specific look and personality, so more than likely I would want to deal with an agency vs. an independent since it's hard to get a good look at what a perspective indie escort looks like due to privacy concerns.Basically I plan to email a picture to the agency of the person I want the escort to resemble(unless there are a few indies that want to try)and set up the date. I will need an incall and I'm looking for a complete GFE (with a few PSE aspects)and I'm willing to pay between 500 and 700 for two hours depending on how close the resemblance to the picture is. I will be ready to do this within 4 to 8 months from now. Here are two major concerns: If it's an agency, I don't want any hidden charges. I plan to pay between 5 to 7 hundred TOTAL. I don;t want to get there and discover that I have to cough up tips if I want anything besides conversation. I'm also concerned about STD's. I want a good GFE, but I don't want to risk STD's, how is this done these days since GFE's are offered. particularly the deep kissing and DATY type stuff?
I had some difficulty understanding your post as it seemed very inconsistent in context. You post you're a newbie..then disucss that the escorts in your area (former US) are not terribly satisfying..and then go on to be concerned about STD's with the GFE experiences you are looking for (and in your opening you complained about the ladies STD paranoia).
You might want to examine just what you are seeking in P4P. Why pay for GFE when you don't want to risk STD (kissing and DATY...unless you want to incorporate dental dams into play). That will limit your exposure if you just see gals who will cover you up and ride you for the hour. That will minimize your contact...but is that what you are seeking?
I also would not suggest contacting any agency (or indy) until you are ready to act on your desires. And absolutely read a website/ad to see what the rates are. I would not tell them you can spend XXX to XXX...as the rate will be the higer amount that you quote them. All rate info is available to you...all you have to do is your homework and read! Most ladies (agency or indy) will have pics that may (or may not) be fairly representative of who you will see. I wouldn't recommend sending a pic of your favorite celeb (do your homework and you will increase the likelihood of a wonderful time). The agency could easily say that "your girl who resembles so and so" is on her way. And won't you be disappointed if she does not resemble her in the least. Do your homework here...this has been discussed many times. Do not rely on someone else to do it for you, lest you be prepared for the results (which I doubt you will like).
You don't need to make this a difficult task...but by placing these restrictions (she needs to like like so and so) you may limit your options. And that is certainly your perogative. While the faces will in many instances be blurred, you should be able to get a general read on the lady. And then...most importantly...read and re-read her reviews. If she is agency or indy, it should not matter. The reviews are your best friend. If there are no reviews anywhere you may and probably should just move on to the next one! As far as rates...I will only pay what the posted rate is. I make no distinction between indy vs. agency. I also don't tip...but that is also your perogative. I don't see why I would ever tip a lady in this game (and this has been discussed many times on this and the general board..just do a search and you will learn more than you care to about tipping and the like).

that have been in business for several years. These agencies' websites have accurate pictures of their providers. You are making this much harder than is needs to be. Sending a picture to the agency is likely to be a complete waste of time compared to checking the pictures available online. I have not checked up on the laws around Toronto, since I have not hobbied there for a couple years now, but last time I was there, outcall was legal.
