My profile has a phone number that is invalid. Is there anything I can do as a provider to change it, or does it have to be done by a hobbyist? I am very happy to be a part of the TER community. I would really like to have my contact info correct though. I changed phone numbers on one of my phones so one of my phone numbers listed is invalid. If anyone can help please let me know. Thanks
I have been trying to figure out this site for some time now, and run into dead ends everywhere I turn. HOW do you set up a profile???? I opened my account three months ago, and one of my hobbyists attempted to put up a review - but it was not accepted because support stated I did not set up my profile - but I entered all my info when I first opened the account. HELP!
