The ad boards require you to have TER's seal on your website homepage, and they may accept something other than a personal site, but I am not aware of it. Maybe linking to eros or p411 is allowed? Use the "Self Help" center here for starters. As for "how" to upload a photo, it must be a url link to a hosting site such as imagecoast.com
I think, if your name goes with your persona, then it's ok. I'm not sure what kind of persona goes with London Starr....maybe..actually, I will keep that to myself.
