click on  "Contact Us"  in the upper right corner of the page and request to have your reviews linked to your user name. Please make sure to include your provider ID number or a direct link to your review profile in the message.

Welcome to TER!  I am fairly new here as well, and I have already made so many wonderful friends.  You will too  Everyone is very helpful and friendly (in my experience)!

If you send TER a message providing them with the TER ID to the reviews you would like to link they will do it for you.  One way to send them a message is to click on the general discussion board for example, and on the top righthand corner you will see a red and white life ring/ life preserver (not sure which is the appropriate name?).  There is a link there to send TER a help message.  Its a mini "here" highlighted in red.  There may be an easier way to contact them, but I am new too, so this is all I got! lol.

If you notice when browsing through the reviews a lot of provider's, such as myself have two names.  These are the reviews under another name that they had linked to their profile.

Try to get them linked as soon as possible, because it is a lot harder to book appointments without reviews.
