I’ve been an active provider in Tokyo for the past 1.5 years and I decided to join TER only now. Still reading guidelines and figuring out how to post an AD. Cheers.

Thank you for the warm welcome! I’ve started escorting when FESTA became breaking news, but Japanese sex industry is fortunately still intact. I’m a European provider based in Tokyo.  

I have submitted my website to be reviewed by TER and waiting for a response at the moment.  

You have probably read the Ad board rules here:

One ad per 7 days, must include a link to your TER Profile or website, ... etc.

I guess you would mostly post to the Tokyo ad board.  When you travel, you can post to other boards, e.g., Singapore, and I suggest including the DATES in your subject line. It used to be fair to recommend posting 1 to 3 weeks BEFORE traveling to another city to allow time to alert the locals (or travelers to that city) to contact you and make advance arrangements.  "Available today and tomorrow" is too short notice for many folks.  You probably want to "time" the Singapore posts to make the best use of the 7-day rule.
Post first ad on t-minus-15 days; post reminder ad on t-minus-8 days; post "I am here!" ad on t-minus-1 or arrival day.

I don't think it violates the 7-day rule to post to Tokyo on Day 1 but then also post to Singapore on Day 2 with "I will be in Singapore very soon,  from Aug x until Aug y."  But you can't repost an ad to the Tokyo board until Day 8 or later.

You might want to take a look at the Photo Only board, too, emphasis on "ONLY" - you can post a photo, subject line must contain your name and location(s). But NO OTHER TEXT or LINKS allowed. You have to let the photo do the talking.
