I'm aware that the "NEW" label, when applied to either a provider or a reviewer, means that they're new, and has nothing to do with the review itself being new.  However, how long does it take for a reviewer to shed the "NEW" label?  Is it based on the amount of time they've been a member, the number of reviews submitted/posted, or what?
