You should contact the moderator of the DC board and work with him.  Not only will he explain the requirements, but as a provider, it is always good to get to know the mod and work with him or her.

HOW TO ADVERTISE ON THE SITE
Should you wish to advertise on our site, please e-mail your request to [email protected] Include a link to your site and tell us in what area of TER you are interested in running an ad. We will e-mail a rate quote for those sections.

Once pricing and placement are negotiated, you may submit payment and provide us with your banners. Your ad will be activated within an agreed upon, contracted time frame. Should you decide to continue running your ad at the end of the month, simply send in your next payment, and your space will automatically be reserved. If you wish to remove the ad at the end of the month, please notify us by email.

link.  THe link has to be to an ad mall (e.g.
eros), your own site (which must have a TER logo
put on it), or your TER reviews.
