what do all of acronyms mean? for instance FS and when some say she is not "full service"

As far as FS goes, you have the right idea.  No full service means the provider will not have intercourse with you though she might provide a hand or oral release.  This is somewhat standard with FBSM (full body sensual massage) providers.
