Especially an open sore of any kind,self-inflicted or not.I won't even see my provider if I have a pimple or a band aid on a cut.

Try not to laugh about this one.  I've been out of the game for a couple of months because of SO issues.  During this time I've done a lot of self plearsuring.  Since I have a sensitive member, it's a little sore in places.  Just two sore red spots.  I'm totally clean...but will a provider believe me when I say it's from jacking off or will they think I have some STD?

if the lighting is good you ain't getting none tonight

I've also found that if I am not 100% sure that a cut has healed over, a little lemon juice poured liberally on the cut will quickly tell me.

FWIW.

For the healthier minded, I can recommend organic almond oil. It takes longer to evaporate than petroleum or KY jellyand is pleasantly odorless. Ah, the benefits of dating a new age hippie chick.

go away soon enough.
Smart providers look for rashes or other abnormal skin conditions. You should expect only covered service for everthing from any that are willing to engage you after seeing the spots. Explain that you got the spots from beating off. That may help some.

Dude, not laughing but be advised.  You are going to have problems with your unit if you continue to self inflict these sore spots.  It will heal but you will lose some nerve sensitivity over time which could lead to ED problems as you get older.  Find a way to protect/lubricate your action or find another way to get release.

realistically, those people who are single are in worse shape than you sometimes.  I hear others making comments, but if you don't have a SO and you put in long hours at work, then you are going to have some self inflicted problems every now and then. I hear the others talking but they just aren't being realistic.  And who has time to get out the vaseline every time?  I guess you need to take a shower afterward...must be kidding. But providers do need to worry about these things, so you could run into problems if it looks like a rash.
