I have never tried to use a provider before, however I have found a cpl of ladies from here I am interested in meeting, but they request references, since I have never done this how can I provide what they are asking for?

They require references from other providers. Since you have not seen any, what you should do is move on to ladies that have similar reviews and looks but who require some other form of verification. You should expect to have to prove to the smartest and best ladies that you are who you say you are. I think that references is not a good verification form because of how easy it is to trick a person that relies on that information.

Just explain the situation, at one time they didn't have any reviews either. When I first started the girls I met would just look at my Id a little harder and ask for a couple forms of Id paycheck stub, CC, name Badge ect. Best Advice just ask her what you can do if you are new and don't have any references.

Before you "move on," you might try contacting the ladies, and letting them know that you are a first-timer, and don't have references.  Some of us use other means of verification when dealing with newcomers -- usually be verifying your work place.  Since you'll be asked to reveal more personal information than you might otherwise want to (full name, name and phone number of employer), make sure the women are well-reviewed and established, so you can trust their discretion.  All they are likely to do is call your work place, and ask for you.  Even if you aren't there or can't take the call, if the receptionist/operator tries to connect you, or takes a message, they have confirmed some information; they might want to follow up by seeing some identification when you actually meet.
