Who here still gets nervous when calling a provider if you ever did?  I have now been with two providers and both times I got someone on the phone I was nervous to the point of almost choking up.  I am also nervous when meeting and only most comfortable at the end.  How long did it take -you- to get over those nerves?

...but not to the extent you do, and also get nervous/excited when meeting for the first time - not only since it's awkward but also worried about LE, so i am only fully comfortable once in a vehicle after it's over,

My suggestion is to mentally rehearse what you want to say a few times prior to calling and have some times/dates prethought of so you don't sound like you're stammering...it also helps to tell her you're really nervous when calling...

It gives you the opportunity to think first and type second. heinous gave you some good advice, I'll just ad jot some notes down on a piece of paper. And yes I still get a little nervous before I see an escort.However, once the door closes my nerves are gone.

It took a couple of years for me to lose the nervousness when calling a provider. I think that becoming friends with a couple made me feel more at ease calling someone new. Now, nervousness before a date is a different story for me. I have been seeing my favorite lady of over 7 years, but I still get nervous with anticipation on the drive to her place. Hell, sometimes I have trouble falling asleep the night before. It's great!

Hi - the first two providers I saw were kind of on a whim.  This is something I've been planning to do for some time and been doing the research, but both were more spontaneous and not conducive to email.  The first provider I ever contacted was through email and I was also nervous just sending and waiting for a reply.

I sent her another email last night and had no nerves, so I know I'm getting more comfortable, but I haven't talked with her on the phone yet.  The nerves aren't all bad and thus far not debilitating, just not something I expected.

and I still get nervous before every first meeting.  I'll let you know when it stops.    I think it's a natural part of the business since it happens even overseas where it's 100% legal.

Been hobbying 36 years and I still got nervous, especially when calling a new provider.

I am always nervous when I meet a new lady...but I have learned to put the nervousness aside, and just go play!

I had a guy who "tracked" my BP ads for like 2 months before he got the nerve to call me. I was like why be nervous i'm just...a female and he was married so.....I said it's not like i'll bite unless you ask but I might bite you if you don't anyways lol so.... well for thay guy took 2 months.
