and while you're at it, read the "self help center" upper right corner on the main newb page

read the Ohio ads board along with the Ohio board.  You will see who is advertising in that area, as well as who posts from there.  The Ohio boards are new, so there is not a tremendous amount of traffic there.  I am formerly the Ohio moderator as well as this board.  I don't really know the locals in Ohio, since I'm not from there, but if you see who is posting there, you can PM them for suggestions.

Hiddenhills gave you a good suggestion, to read the self help center.  There are tips on general etiquette along with things to do or not to do when contacting providers.  I'm a little bit curious as to why you used the devil emoticon, most people use it when they are mad about something around here.
