recommend you do incall. It's never a good idea to invite a provider to your home until you have seen her a few times. It's just a safety thing.

Really Swim??? That kind of seems like an odd statement.
If he has done his research and read her reviews then he knows she is safe to come to his home. I've done many, many outcalls to gentlemens homes and can't find a reason for them not to invite me. The only reason I do outcalls with someone who has only two references is for my peace of mind. After we have met and I am comfortable with them then I am fine with having them at my incall.

You won't find any guy who will tell a newb to do an outcall to his home with a provider he has never seen, esp if she doesn't have several pages of reviews. There is just too many variables to deal with, and a newbie may not know how to handle the problem, if anything happens.
I'm glad you feel comfortable doing outcalls. Do you meet them ahead of time OTC to check them out if you have not seen them before? This guy would probably not meet your requirement of 2 refs. He doesn't even have a review, so it's unlikely he would have the 2 refs you require. I know of one provider in my area who, for a long time, would only do outcalls. Guess what, she got busted. She still prefers outcalls, but has offered incalls one day a week.

I do outcall only and your risk has to do with your screening methods, whether it's outcall OR incall.... not just that it's outcall or incall in and of itself.
A provider doing incall only can get targeted by LE because of suspicious neighbors regardless of how carefully she screens her clients. It happens all the time.
This is a risky business no matter how you slice it, but it isn't fair to imply that if you do outcall, you WILL eventually get busted like your friend. You can still get busted doing incall, even with careful screening. Or do outcall and never get busted!
Informants are the monkey wrench and it's just the luck of the draw if you run across someone helping LE.
The best you can do is reduce your risk... you can't eliminate it.
My reference checking and verification process is very thorough. That was my point, a provider with many reviews is going to be safe 9 times out of 10. Rarely do I do incalls unless the hobbyist is well known and there's a distinct trail on the boards and through his references.
This guy has many obstacles since he really doesn't seem to understand how alot of this works. He's a danger to himself at this moment and any provider he might see until he educates himself further.
Through an outcall I can decide in the first 10 minutes of us sitting and talking if I feel comfortable in having an appointment with them. Having been in this business for over 10 years now, I've gained enough experience to know what is safe and what isn't. Myself, I never take chances and don't see newbies.

I recommend taking a few days/weeks to read through the Newbie board prior to contacting Providers. Asking a legit Provider what her rates are could cause you to end up on her personal DNS (do not see) list just to be cautious.
Once you get an incall under your belt you'll be on a roll with no hesitation....seriously...lol

To properly research... go to most recent reviews for your area. Bring up the profile page, look at the link to her web site or ad which should include pictures. Check the profile, are the picts her & current? Does she provide service as promised? Then you do need VIP, actually read the reviews & see if the latest services are to your liking. The Prices posted may of may not be current... her web site certainly is. Ads, check the date.
You MUST NEVER ask about services & prices... that is asking her to confess to illegal acts. That'll very likely have her block any future calls from you. You can politely ask her if the rate you see in the ad is current or if no price, say you did not see a price "for her time".
Just because there are reviews here, you should not assume they are good! I've seen ads directing clients to her reviews but when I looked at the reviews, they showed poor service or a scam.
Newbies should stick to well reviewed providers... providers with 6-10 reviews & some by vetran reviewers!
In call is the least complicated... she typically has a hotel room somewhere. You call at the scheduled time... from your car outside & she gives you the room number.

Act like you have no clue about what she offers, how much she charges, if she has an incall or an outcall.
Seriously, it is really annoying when a guy contacts us to set up a session and asks what our rates are, to us it sounds either like he is LE trying to get us to confess something or he is looking for a bargain.
Read the ads, check out our website, do not contact us and act like you are clueless.
Another thing that really bothers me is when the gentleman is wanting to book a session and he hasn't even bothered to look at my pictures.
I wont see someone who has not seen my pics or knows my rates.
If you dont like what you see or you dont like what I charge - call someone else, its that simple.
IMHO just become a VIP TER member and do your homework like mad. I would recommend starting to see providers that you see lots of fairly recent TER reviews, are clear on sites like eros, cityvibe, verifiedplaymates, etc. on your questions (basic info, prices, etc.) and when you got a good feeling on a provider, give her a call to just set up date, time and how long. With your homework (esp w the VIP reviews at TER) you should already know what you're getting in to. No provider likes lots of questions (makes them all nervous). Probably best bet to start with incall until you have established yourself to the hobby with several references. Makes providers feel more comfortable and we all want that!
