I cannot look up anyone...why? Please help...

You need VIP membership to do most things on the board, including seeing the hobbyist reviews, which is all that you can look up on non-providers

Which search tab or link are you trying to use? What type of information are you hoping to enter as the key information for a search?

Even without VIP you can do limited searching of Reviews and Providers as well as searching discussion boards.

If you hit "Reviews" then "Search Reviews" you have a choice to search by provider or hobbyist, but you need either the exact name of TER ID.
