Read the Newbie Manual above and study up on the rules for posting on the local boards.

You will need a website or page on some escort site and it will have to display a TER logo on the first or second page.

You will be limited to one ad per week, but you are always free to post as often as you like on all the boards so that potential clients who visit TER can get to know you.  You may post a link to your website each time you post.  

Do you have reviews on here yet?  If so, you will also be able to link to your profile which will have a listing of all your reviews.

There are also scads of boards that are free, but I'm not that sure which ones.  I'm sure someone here will know.

Yep what mrfisher said TER is the best place but, however  you cannot post an ad on the newbie board
you need to go to your local/regional board, there is a link to then to your left, my right.
