I'm not a new provider on TER but I have rarely had the need to go onto this site. I have taken some time off and want to market myself more than just my reviews. My provider name is Tamara Lynn in Las Vegas. I need to update some info but was wondering if there is a way to post photos since I no longer have a website. This seems to be a completed site the way that it is set up and no phone tech support. I'm also just a basic member.
...your photos will have a url. Copy and paste the url of the photo you want to post on TER in the picture url box at the bottom of the ad posting window. Remove the http:// that's already in the picture url box before you paste your photo url into it. The link won't work if that's there twice.
You can only post your photo in your ads on your regional ad board (Las Vegas) and on the Photo Only Board. You can place an ad once every 7 days on the ad board (it's free). You can place one photo per day on the Photo Only Board.
If your profile needs updating you can do that by clicking the Report a Problem button on your profile and tell TER what needs to be updated. This is for simple changes. If you need to have several things corrected or updated use the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page and tell TER what needs fixing. Be sure to put your provider ID # in the Contact Us communication so the get it right. You can check for their reply to your Contact Us by clicking the My Feedback link just below the tabs at the top of the My TER page. (My TER tab at top of page) Click My Problem Reports to see their response to a problem report.
You are more than a Basic Member. You have the Limited Free Provider VIP membership. I can tell because you have the See My TER Reviews link under your handle in your post. Doing what I've said here won't be a problem for you.
I recommend you read the first post at the top of this page: TER's Instruction Manual posted by Board Admin. There is a lot there but it will help you in using this site.
