So I am new into the hobby.  I have read over plenty of information before deciding to take the plunge.  I set up a date/appointment and then I got a NCNS but contacted and we tried to reschedule for later that day.  It didn't work out and given the situation it wasn't something I would really argue about.  I called one hour prior to the appointment to confirm, but I had missed an email and she thought I had changed my mind even thought I sent another email discussing other things.  So since both appointments fell through we finally rescheduled for the following Friday.  I sent an email the day before and a text message day of.  Now that I have some time I did some more research on NCNS and I understand the points.  My questions are if you wanted to see this provider when would you inquire about booking again or how much time would you wait before contacting again?  If you had a limited selection of providers that fit your criteria in your area.  Would you even consider trying to book again?

For the first appointment it was a NCNS then I called her and she said that she thought I had reconsidered and changed my mind.  This was because I missed one of her emails, however she did respond to another email I had sent.  We started out with our signals a little crossed because on her site she requests initial contact through there, however I contacted her through her email from here prior to finding her website.  

you have each other's cell phones so communication lapses like this don't occur.

Personally I'd be a bit skeptical about her claim that she thought you were not interested, but that's water over the dam.

She has already NCNS on you once. No call = no respect for the other person. That other person is YOU . Would you cancel any appointment whether its with your Gardner , mechanic , niece or sister ? I certainly have "respect" for people and express it with a simple quick phone call or text.

She (and you) miss some communication ......I think she's a space cadet and or a liar to miss the second appointment.
She states she thought you did not want to see her and had reconsidered......she has low self esteem and it will scream at you during an awkward and crappy session - trust me , hot confident providers are the best and the ones I seek!
You then miss a third appointment and STILL want to see her ? FOR WHAT ??? Your concerned about "WHEN" to call her a fourth fucking time to schedule again ??? Do you seek annoyance, disrespect and hassles ?? For all that energy and drama it easier to pick up a slut at your local bar ......cheaper too !!!
Dude, gather your balls, pick up the phone and call another !!!
This is business and the one with the cash is the one with all the power.

I would look elsewhere. You said there was not a lot of selection in your area, so I would not rule out another attempt entirely, but it sounds like she is unreliable to me.

I only have email in my office or if I drag a laptop into a coffee shop.  I don't either & can't text...  but I have a dumb phone.  (Just a phone).  So I'd try one more stressing the phone to make the final arrangements.  Some gals only provide when it's convenient for them...  at a certain point, I move on.

If a Provider did that to me on the very first meeting, I would Never call her again. Even if her excuse was legitimate, Car broke down, had to pick up kids, family emergency. If she calls me to Reschedule, sorry I'm not seeing you at all. A NCNS doesn't sit well with me. There are plenty more Providers that are ready to see me and especially my Money.

a date without looking at her website? You will learn that you need to be informed about a provider before attempting to see her. The last thing you want to do is do something that is listed as a "not to do" on her website.

I tend to see part time providers so real life can get in the way.  Get a sense for the situation.  I had one meeting set that went ncns and didn't hear from her for a week.  I knew that she was very bright, in grad school and had a job, so she wasn't a flake.  Turns out a family member had a heart attack about three hours before our meeting.  She was understandably occupied.  I've seen her 3 times since and it's been fabulous.  I'm very glad I didn't walk away.

I had a prescheduled appointment with a long time favorite.  It's a long drive & I always call & confirm before I get on the highway.  So she doesn't pickup.  I call another fav & had a nice time.  I was pretty much miffed at her.  I a few days later, I find out her sister had finished chemo & was supposedly dong well...  right up to the moment she died suddenly leaving a husband & children.  She had been out of state at the funeral at the appointed time.  Then I felt like a jerk.
