Wait and see if she ever calls and emails and explains what happened.

Some guys post about this on their local boards to warn other potential clients.  You can not write a review of a session that never happened.

Other guys just let it go and move on.

I would suggest the latter.

Try again.  The odds favor success.

So I thought I did most if not everything right. I did my homework and I've been reading the forums. So I found an interesting one with a decent number of reviews (greater than 20), I finally decided to send an email and later make some calls to finally try things out. Email exchanges worked out decently, but when it came time to call with location got voice mail. Left a vague message in hopes I'd get a call back. Never did. Waited an hour (after the scheduled time) and tried one more time still nothing. Did not leave a message this time. Waited a bit longer and then left.

Provider is decently rated so I'm not sure what happened. Kind of in difficult geography so I was hoping to maybe even rely as a regular. Not really sure how to proceed, any thoughts? Also it makes me extra anxious to try to reach out to another now. Do I post a review about this so others know to keep an eye out? I mean I know things happen, but I'm pretty confused. Would appreciate insights.

Sorry to hear that.  Did you follow up with an email to figure our what happened?

If you called and left a message - not sure what you mean by vague.  Should be pretty direct, like "hi it's (name), I'm here, please call me back."  What message did you leave?  Did you just sit there for an hour with no contact?  I would have given her 15 minutes,  tried a text, another call and if no answer, leave a message saying I was leaving and roll out.
Follow up with an email to find out wtf happened - but would be wary of scheduling with her again.

Sounds like you did everything right, but shit happens and sometimes people flake - plenty of other great fish in the sea.

to feel comfortable in calling you back?  Also, did you send an e-mail once you got home asking what happened?  Give her a few days and if no response, then post a warning to other hobbyists on your regional board.

It could have been worse; you try to call and you get "VM is full."

Get back up on the horse, do your research, and book another date with another well-reviewed provider.

give it a few days if no response you might want to post something on the regional board.Things do happen for NCNS but she should at least respond back with an email.Sorry to hear this happened to you don't let one lady spoil it for all of the other ladies in your city that  you can have a wonderful time with it.As Mr.Fisher said you cannot review a lady you have not seen, but if you never hear from her just bypass her and on to the next.I had a gent cancel on me right before an appointment and did not have a valid excuse either very frustrating but hey just got to move on.

Other than that, there are some who are either flakes or "first to arrive, gets the girl" & she shuts her phone off until she's available again.  As I must drive, the latter business model is unacceptable.

Emergencies do happen...  life does happen...  It really sucks when it interferes with play time.   I would send her a polite "I was there, could not reach you!"  She should respond with an appology.  A quality girl will offer to make it up to you.  Perhaps some extra time (I've been offered an extra half hour on one occasion, but my schedule was too tight on the reschedule).   If she does not see fit to reply with a sincere appology then that shows an attitude which I will not stand for.

I would never stay on site for an hour, but withdraw to the coffee shop down the street & try again by phone perhaps at 15 minutes & 30...  last try.  It's close enough that I could get back in 5 minutes without drawing attention to her location.  (Guys siting in cars draw attention of Hotel Security & LE Patrols.)

I was just trying to get a sense of what was normative in the community about this sort of situation. I appreciate all of the insights. I did eventually hear back by email some time later. So I was glad to hear back. Will try to work out something else in the future. Again thanks for all of the thoughts and help! :)
