...what you need done. (They may want to know why.) Be specific. They will respond. Their standard answer is they will respond within 72 hours. You can check for their reply by clicking the My TER tab at the top of the page then click the My Feedback link just under the tabs a little to the right.

Keep in mind that changing your working name will result in having BOTH names on your profile. So it will appear as Victoria/New-Name's Profile at the top.

For example, my name was Debra but then through a mistake someone created a new profile for me as Debbie..... Eventually the two profiles were merged so now at the top it reads Debbie/Debra's Profile.  
This has led clients to think that I attempted to reinvent myself at one point but got caught lol.  

And that's my point: having the name change might make some people think you were trying to hide something. Just FYI. 😀
