Your best route, if your are verified hot and have the right mindset for this business, is to start with a top rated agency that works or provides visits to your city. There will be some verification that you are the real deal, but it allows you to develop a customer flow. Once you have worked for an agency for a year, you may want to go independent or stay with the agency. The upsides to working for an agency are that customer flow is done for you if you are appealing and there is control over the types of clients that you see, no freaks and dangerous men alone with you. The downsides are that you hand over part of your take on each customer and there may be some work hour limits, although the best agencies work with providers to let the providers decide how much they want to work.
Ok so after reading all of the postings on here, I see all of the recommendations. Make sure you only see providers that are reviewed. Never have a provider at your home. I get this. I understand the importance of reading reviews. But, from a provider perspective, if you are new (no published reviews) and you do outcall only, from the looks of things, you aren't going anywhere!! Someone has to be willing to take a chance on a new girl right? I mean if they didn't, how would anyone ever get started? I'm interested to hear thoughts on this...
Yes, it is tough starting out. You can do several things. Post frequently on your regional board here. Post an ad every 7 days that you are allowed to post. If your regional board has picture theme days, participate in them. Do everything you can do to get yourself known in your region.
Join one of the verification sites, DateCheck, Preferred411, or RoomService2000. This will help establish you as a legitimate provider. Not sure what to tell you about what you offer, namely outcall. If securing a permanent incaal site is not possible, you might consider offering incall at a local hotel one or two days a week. Not knowing where you are, it's kinda hard to say more. Just don't use the same hotel every week, move around, so as not to attract unwanted attention to yourself.
Good luck, hope this helps.

Well, I have providers in my home after have seen them a few times and know them or if they have several good reviews and a history of out calls.
I have seen providers without reviews on an out call but only in a hotel room. If a gal has a decent web site or a reasonable advertising history I will take a chance if the price is right. I met a long-time ATF several years ago from a Craig's List ad. I keep an open mind to an extent but I've also been at this for a while.
but every city has a hobbyist or two or three who enjoy the thrill. I've done it, even found a lady on BP. Here's a bit of my check list before I toftt. I look for web site, email address and local ac on ph#.
Consistant ads, with same pics, same name and same ph# I do a google/image or tineye search. Donations that are in line with the market. Donations rates, like $$$ for an overnite are tgtbt. I also prefer incall when I'm toftt. There's more, but I think you get the idea. If you're offering all that someone should step up to the plate.
Be patient, remember every provider started with NO reviews, advertise on your regional ad board, participate in your local regional board. Don't appear desparate when posting, be positive and upbeat, someone will take a chance. Good luck
But it's worse for new guys than it is for new ladies, IMHO. You have something powerful going in your favor: when guys are horny, they tend to think with the little head. You'll get clients, then a few reviews will pop up, then you'll be golden! ![]()
But participating on appropriate boards... it's not an add if you stick to the topic under discussion. Guys get a feel for your personality & build comfort level.
I tend not to TOFTT but if I do, it's somebody I have a comfort level with.

gets a good understanding of how this all works, he will TOFTT based on any of the following--a lady he met at a M & G, a recommendation from another hobbyist or provider, a lady who has caught his eye from her posts on the local board, through PM's or emails, etc.
If a lady gives good service for a fair price, she can succeed in this biz. There is a place for all shapes & sizes and most ages. Good luck to you.
Everyone who posted on this thread have good thoughts and advice. When you see people saying "stick to well reviewed ladies" on this board, they are generally talking to new hobbyists. There are defiinitly guys out there who tofft. Normally that would be more seaoned hobbyists. They have learned what to look for in picking out ladies even without reviews. Some are just willing to take a chance. A good rule of thumb is that newbie hobbyists should see seasoned or well reviewed providers, and newbie providers should see seasoned hobbyists. If you provide a good service at a good price, and get your name out there, via ads, website, positng on boards etc. you will eventually get some reviews.
As to the incall/outcall thing, I don't think it is that big a deal. (Although it might depend on the region of the country you are in) Many guys who won't let providers come into their homes will get a hotel room to do an outcall date. Also there are guys out there who will let a provider into their house despite the advice here. However if I was a provider, I would think twice about that myself. I don't know if I would go into a stranger's house for a first date.
So, these men are out there...
Now, what I've seen work is taking a regular piece of binder/printer paper and writing down the date, your name, and maybe a cute little decoration or something...and have at least one photo of you with that piece of paper..it'll show that at least you aren't FAKE.
That's all I've got for now, but I've seen it WORK!
