Hi guys, new here on TER. I've been searching on TER for nearly a month. All the providers require references. I have never worth with them before. So how can I get references please?

by giving up some personal info.  Many of their providers indicate they are newbie friendly and will see you with very little verification if you are a member of the site.  Gina, the site owner will work with you to verify you for membership.  Once you have seen a newbie friendly provider, ask her to give you an OK on that site.   You can also ask if she is a member here and ask her to reference you here.

Remember, we all had to go thru the newbie blues of getting started without references.  It's a real catch-22 for both men and women.

Being newbie friendly doesn't mean we accept clients with very little verification. Not for me anyway. It means that we don't require you to have references and have more patience for you being new. You'll still have to give the provider all of your info that she requests. and per P411 rules if she asks for your ID at the start of the date to verify that you are in fact the member she has been messaging, you should provide her with that.  

I'm very newbie friendly, but I still won't see anyone if they won't tell me their verifiable real first and last name. But screening varies from provider to provider.

Hi there, chiming in to second that! Marie is right, minimal information is actually the opposite of what is needed to make sure a newbie is safe to see, but it doesn't mean it's unsafe or impossible for the newbie to get through that process to see a provider. Also, P411 will be launching a newbie level platform in 2018, but I'm sure this poor fella has some needs that he wants addressed before then!  

OP, the best advice I can offer is to find a reputable lady in your area and comply with her screening process. Many providers like myself are newbie friendly and don't require you to join other sites to see us. We just need to make sure you are a safe partner.

To verification was quit easy.  My first experience in the hobby was a HE massage.  In my opinion, they are more newbie friendly.  That gave me my first date check  verification.  Next was a touring provider that accepted my one reference.  From there, I never looked back.
