You don't have a profile if you don't yet have your first review here. Your first reviewer will establish your profile and then you can correct it the way XYZ said. If you do have reviews it would be beneficial to contact TER and ask them to link them to your name. If you don't know if you have reviews you can search for them by clicking the reviews tab, then search reviews, then enter information specific to you like provider name, phone number or email. If you find some you can have them linked to your name so we can easily find them when you post.
