Assuming you are a provider asking about how to set up your profile, simple answer is you don't. When a client sees you he writes a review. Your first review sets up your profile. To get reviews you can go to your local regional board (the drop down menu on the left called REGIONAL BOARDS) and post an ad for yourself once every 7 days.
The regional board would also be the best place to find a photographer (I assume that is what you wanted) in Las Vegas. Good luck to you.
