I don't know why and how this has happened but my BRITTNEY BANKS profile is connected to an agency that I no longer work for. I've contacted TER staff about the problem and they just totally ignored me. I'm an independent provider who goes by BRITTNEY BANKS so why are there other names linked to my INDEPENDENT NAME? Can someone please help me......hopefully this makes it on the Discussion Board.

you are saying another agency has you listed in their profile as a provider they represent?

Is that correct?

Can you post a link to the agency profile that has you listed with them. It might be a simple problem of using the wrong channels to get your name pulled from their profile or you haven't given TER enough time to act on your request.

but it looks like were reviewed under those names, suite 1A has the same pic as you do in their gallery of alli.

My Independent account is linked to an agency I once worked for. I came on here and seen that the agency has been using my photos and ter reviews to get business and this is why I'm not getting any business of my own. I have my own website and email address. They're ignoring me. Can I pm you?

I'm not new. I've been a member since May 2013. They're using my photos but a different name. I'm not in Bolingbrook and I don't do incalls. I don't know how did the staff allow this to happen!!! I've been contacting them all day because I'm not getting any business my way because of this agency.

"Report a Problem" from the profile to correct the profile.  

Then you check for their answer by clicking the "My TER" tab then "My Problem Reports."

Did you use the problem report button on your profile to report the wrong links and wrong email addy? If you contacted them via email did you use [email protected]? Contacting them with that email would identify you as Brittney Banks instead of some random person trying to take over your profile.

In this post you say you have been contacting them "all day." If today is the first day you contacted them, don't expect instant results. While TER sometimes (rarely) answers in minutes, it is usually hours and occasuonally days before they get back to you. Don't assume they are ignoring you. For one thing, TER staff is in Europe, so there is a big time difference. (it may be the middle of the night there when you contact them). For another thing, it depends how busy they are, how many problem reports, emails, "contact us" feedbacks, "report a posts" and reviews they have at any given time, and how much staff they have on duty.  

I know it's tough to be patient when you think you are being ignored, but you need to be patient. If you sent in a problem report, then check under "MyTER," "my problem reports" to see if they got back to you. If you sent in a "contact us," report, then check under "MyTER," "My feedback." If you used email, then check your email. If you heard nothing after about 8 hours, try contacting them again.

By the way, I disagree with the folks who said to send in a problem report. Problem reports are meant to resolve minor issues on profiles. Yours is a major issue that requires feedback. Either use the "contact us" button, or email them at [email protected].
As someone mentioned earlier, if you use email make sure you email them from the email account listed on your profile.

That is the problem... you did in fact work for them at one time, so all of your names can be connected. They are not ignoring you either. My guess is you have to go into your account manager and check your problem reports or "My feedback." That is where their reply will be or at the very least it will say "Open," "Closed" or "Contact support for this problem."

If you ever worked under the other names...  the reviews & other names carry over.  That's just the way TER does it.  It keeps gals from changing their names to dump bad reviews.  
If the other names were not you, perhaps pictures could show this.  You'll have to contact TER again if there are more errors.
