There are a number of providers who require a Contact Form be completed before they will consider making an appointment.  Among the items requested is your real name and employment information in some cases.  I don't mind providing the information in cases where I know the provider is on the level.  My concern are the providers who never respond.  There can be reasons this happens but Ive noticed it enough to wonder what's going on.  Any opinions on this?

...I don't mind giving her information but it will be in an e-mail. I don't have any idea who has control over the on line form. (web designer, provider, both, some other party or parties) I won't give full name or employment info regardless of the type of communication.

Ok then...

On a form is first name, email address, hobby phone number and the day and time I want. They don't get refs unless they respond. If they don't respond . . . . . Next!

...and if I get the answer(s) that I'm looking for then I will supply her with any info that I am comfy submitting thru emails only. NO PERSONAL INFO ON FORMS. EVER.

Organization

I use a contact form and it shows me the gent is really serious about seeing me if he fills it out. It also makes screening faster and organized. Just my 2 cents

No way Inak filling up forms which I have no clue about who is actually getting the info. Will give my p411 details and whitelisted. If that's not acceptable, just move on...

From my perspective and experience.. good clients are willing to provide information for us ladies feel safe and be happy to meet with them.  
Have you been a good client? I always fast responding to inquiries... unless... I found something that I dont like and dont feel comfortable with.  

I absolutely, positively, 100% REFUSE to fill out one of those insipid forms, but I am a very good client.

It's also understandable why some are against it. I have had clients list the information they're comfortable with on the form and include in the special notes section that they will be willing to give any more needed information over email or phone. In my opinion, this is a perfectly acceptable course of action. It shows that you're respectful of my process, helps me stay organized, and gives me the basics about the person.

I agree with GAG!  Turn it around and ask the said escort to provide the same info to YOU that she is asking of YOU and see what type of response you get.Lol  HELLO? ANYBODY there?

This is the least logical argument against those of us who require personal info. I've said it before and I'll say it again: when clients start having risqué photos and sexually explicit accounts of their sexual performance available for the world to see, only then would the "mutual disclosure" argument hold water.

This actually reminds me of a great conversation I had with a provider friend that is based in Canada the other day. We have two different screening processes: one for when we are stateside (a bit more thorough) and one for when we are not simply due to the differences in the law. I make it very clear that if someone does not want to fill out the booking form, they may always email me the requested information. I personally believe, and some may not agree, if I am going to give someone the address to my incall and trust them with that, I can at least know where they work. Plus, if it is a "newbie" with no provider references, I need something to go off of to ensure our safety.
