Someone has to review you first. The first review will generate a ter id#. You can see if you have reviews by clicking on "reviews" above in the blue box. Then click on search reviews, fill in your  name, city, and phone#. If anyone has written an approved review, you'll know.
Just because a client says he's going to write a review doesn't mean it'll happen. Also if your client hasn't written reviews, and obviously you're new and don't have reviews, TER can hold the review until they believe it was a bona fide review, not a schill review. Good luck.
