That is your posts do not go up immediately.  If you go to "my TER" and look under board posts you can see the status.  Moderated members...  we all started out this way...  have their posts reviewed by TER staff & display after approval.   After a period...  like 30 days...  and a number of posts...  you can request TER to unmoderate you.  If you break rules, you can find yourself moderated again.

I didn't realize it.  But he has to be more judicial in his posts.  Multiple posts about the same thing is not good.  Hope he reads my reply, or he is not gonna get much help if he keeps posting the same stuff.
