My answer is a little more nuanced

First of all, let me check if your 100% certain  you can tell its an std (don't read if you're eating): e.g., herpes lesions (vesicles/pustules), gonorrhea thick white and smelly leakage (Yuck again), syphilitis penis (the single lesion or the Me. Marcus syphilitis one), etc. Anything else is not so clear a call (smelly smegma, irritation from teeth, acne).

For argument's sake, let's say you can. Then, I would advise you to cancel the appointment as soon as you see the evidence, expressing a note of concern. At that point, there should be an almost complete refund unless you think there's a show up fee (say, if for some reason it took 30 min before looking at the penis). That way, not only do you save yourself from exposure (eg, herpes is contagious even with closed lesions), but you also negate any good justification for a review. Let him dare to complain then, since he got his money back, you didn't provide any service to review, and you helped point out a serious medical issue. Btw, any guy showing up with herpes, syphillis, or gonorrhea has got to sort of know something bad is going on, so if he tries to pressure you to continue, he's a creep.

So, i'm currently with a well-known agency in Atlanta, and I love all the guys that come in to see me! Recently I had a guest who unfortunately was experiencing issues regarding STD. Apparently he didn't seem to know it, but I for one notice of course! He was lucky that I provided him the service, and of course the BJ was not a BBJ. After the service he felt in his right to write a bad review about me. What should've girl do about the situation like that?

However Bad News never improves with age...
My take would be...  as a Provider...  I'd be embarrassed.  I'd say something like "I don't know how to tell you this...  "   "But YOU are (presumably) not a doctor nor do you have a Lab at your disposal."  But you do know "what to look for" and "that rash looks suspicious".   "Look, for both our safety, I can't do X but am wiling to do Y with a cover."  "And you really should go get tested by a doctor."  "I'm really sorry to tell you this...  "  you might even offer some of the donation back (I know you deserve it all but you want to take the wind out of his sails) & the lesser service would justify a lesser fee.

One bad review is not that big a deal but it may hurt you short term.  Losing some money on one apt is better than a bad review & he's still out there possibly spreading whatever he has...  or might not have...  because he hasn't been tested

Don, I most of your answer better than mine!  AGREE, cancel & refund.

Both of you are MOST right! I should have immediately canceled the session and issued a refund on the spot. I was caught off guard, and some of it is the pressure of embarrassing and disappointing the guest? It's rough! I wish all the guest had the common sense of seeing these things!

Something unexpected happens & it is very difficult to think on your feet & instantly process, decide & act on this new problem.  Once one thinks through the situation, comes up with a solution...  if it ever occurs again, you'll have a plan & only have to enact it.   We all learn from our experiences...

I am most certain it was a case of std. I must say your answer is idealic the right thing to have done. I was just so caught off guard that didn't know at the moment what to do.

I have gave body rubs only to declined from hand jobs & simply told the gent that something did not appear to be right down there, so his response was he had herpes.  I told him thanks for sharing, but I would no longer see him.  Sorry, but I prefer to be honest & straight forward.  No reason to lie.  Keep it simple.
