This is where tipping etiquette comes into play. You pay by the session, not by the pop. If a lady only offers one pop it's on her to stop the session after you pop. If she lets you keep going without clearly updating your financial arrangement you are not obligated to pay anything additional. However, if she really went above and beyond to show you a good time and did more than she advertises it's always nice to reward her for that.
