Also, what is the correct way to list multiple links for a post?

I would assume that someone has logs as to which number was assigned to which phone so unless they purge those logs routinely LE at least could have access.

The limit is one link at the bottom where it says link URL and link title.
That becomes a clickable link without having to click on the message.

Sometimes you see links put right in the message part of the post, but TER rules say you can not do that.

"HTML tags are not allowed in message body."

I'm no techie but doesn't that refer to links to other websites

html tags are elements used in creating items that are viewable in browsers.  So if you look at the code behind a web page it will have lots of "tags" indicating instructions like paragraph, bold lettering, image, type, location, etc.  What they are saying is that you can't imbed a script, or image into the message field using html code.  Links are different, as they are just addresses to a page or site.

Like the "greater than" and "less than" symbols. They are not links.

Is the app as good as a burner phone? Depends how paranoid you are, or what you might be guilty of. If you are a suspected terrorist then LE will use any and all means to track you and tie stuff to you. For a misdemeanor prostitution offense, they are not likely to go through such trouble.

The "burner" app, as well as the "line2" app, and google voice just gives you a way to have a second phone line (ie "hobby phone") without actually having two phones. Some people find this much mire convenient than getting a second "burner" phone.

App is excellent. :)

The only problem is that the numbers are disposable so they may have belonged to someone who was blacklisted somewhere, so be sure to give your prospective provider enough screening info to eliminate that as an issue.
