I'm a total newb and very stupidly didn't do really any research before scheduling an independent provider I found on backpage last night. I was well aware that her pictures were probably misleading to one extent or another, but the entirely wrong girl showed -- the pics were of a white girl, but a black girl showed. She was ugly as hell, rude, and failed to bring an item she promised to bring.
This was in a hotel in a city where I don't live, by the way. I did go through what I've now gathered is a typical verification process -- she called me at my room to see if I was actually there, and asked for my age. She has my cell phone number, and I assumed that she'd used a reverse lookup service.
At any rate, I figured I would have to pony up something to get her out of my room. But I was pissed off and didn't want to pay too much, so I started at "just get out of here" to see if I could get a somewhat reasonable counteroffer. No dice; she held firm.
The rest is something of a blur because things escalated very quickly. Naturally, she mentioned her "boyfriend" in as menacing a manner possible. She tried to grab my cell phone out of my pocket, and was openly scanning the room for valuables to steal -- all of which were safely stowed away, fortunately.
Long story short, she wouldn't leave and started threatening to trash the hotel room, so I took matters into my own hands and forced her out of the room with no payment. This was just a matter of pushing her out the door. No physical damage to either party.
So . . . potential repercussions? Is the "boyfriend" always real? Assuming so, would he really take the risk of lurking around a hotel to see if he could get to me, in which case he'd take the greater risk of a battery charge?
Any suggestions would be most appreciated. And yes, feel free to call me an idiot.
