The S&P board is the place. Sphinx gave you the link. Go ahead and post the suggestion there, but just a warning. The new board probably won't happen (not anytime soon anyway) Suggestions are made there for new boards all the time, but TER rarely ads new boards, and there are already a lot of dead boards. Check out Kansas, Portland, New Mexico, etc. Now don't take this as me dicouraging you. Go ahead and make the suggestion. I'm just warning you not to hold your breath waiting for it to happen.

In the meantime, keep posting in our nether world that is the "other cities" board. You can also post on the general board, so people get to know you. (Make sure you have a thick skin if you play there. It can get rough!) Actually, you can join discussions on any regional board even if you are not based there. (except for ads which can only go on your home regional ad board unless you are touring other regions)
