If you contact admin, you must have plenty of reasons to convince them that the review is fake.  Yeah, it sucks, but guys write fake reviews all the time to get the free vip days.  Unfortunately, when they do that, the burden of proof falls on the provider that the review was written about to proof it's a fake.  Best of luck.

to offer TER all your evidence you have to support your side of things.

TER seldom removes reviews unless the evidence that it is fake is substantial
