This was the second time to see a provider.  Set up a time at 5:30pm in a business/commerical area. I just arrived at the hotel around 5:32pm because of traffic delay (later she said that she did not get my txt about traffic thing). Then I text to ask for room number. Did not get any answer. Until 5:45pm I got into the room.  After the service was going on for 15 minutes (around 6:05pm), the provider said that the original appointment was from 5:30~6:30. no matter what, I had to leave at 6:30pm. She said that she had another appointment very soon..... Damn it. at 6:25pm, she stopped her service and said I had to leave... I felt that it is a big ripoff. How do you guys think? I asked her to wear black stockings... she showed up in naked legs....

If you didn't get into the room until 5:45 and she immediately hit you with the fact you needed to be gone at 6:30...   You should have left at 5:46 without dropping the donation.

she warned you as soon as you entered the room that your apt. would end at 630. She did exactly what she said she would do. How is that a ripoff? You could have walked away when she told you that she could not extend the length of your time because she had another date booked.

I understand his reaction and expectation of a newbie not being met when I had a similar experience which I took personally then later realized it in hindsight.

yes, I may be a little bit personal now. This why I started a discussion here. Also, I would like to critically state what happened as a fact so that experienced guys could have their thoughts on this thing.

Well, the fact that she didn't get back to him until 5:45 is what I see to be his source of frustration here.

Just to give you an idea of how personal-I was all ready to give it up completely until my mood subsided. lol

That before you hand over your hard earned money to verify.Don't assume that she remembers you...don't assume that if she accepts the amount for an hour (even tho your session starts 15 minutes late) that her schedule is open.Don't assume... but I will say this stopping a session 5 minutes early gives a great indicator as to the kind of provider you saw.
A rip off? Not even close sir.I've had a few of those and that is reserved for those that provide no service , typically a snatch & dash or the provider refuses to perform acts associated with F/s.(if that is what you payed for)
What you should do, is write the review and honestly state the situation and deduct on her performance rating.

and she then took 15 minutes to text you her room number, leaving only 45 minutes for your session, then yes, you kind of got ripped off.  If something like that ever happens again, you'll know whether to clarify up front whether she has an hour for you from the time you get to the room.  If she says no, then you're free to leave without dropping the donation.

Look for the more GFE friendly girls next time.

I don't know why girls think it's ok to make us wait a half hr before texting us the room number but expect us to be there on time.  95% of the time, i will be prompt.  The other 5% is due to traffic and other unforseen issues. I'd say 50% of the time I'm kept waiting from 10-30 minutes.  

Give the lady her proper due on her physical "Appearance" mark her according to her beauty score. but then mark her Performance score appropriately based on your experience. In the details mention that she was not accomodating about the time; you may even want to say she is a "clock-watcher" Just my 2 cents.

It's really not aceptable on her part - not even a "sorry babe, I'll make it up to you next time"???

no big deal..you simply got the Alacarte version..

She didn't rip you off... but she is a clock watcher. She also books appts one after another! If you had already confirmed the appt prior (she knew you were coming) and you updated her about traffic, she could have been more understanding. Sounds like she would have had an issue if you came early too.  

You scheduled for a certain time and, traffic or not, it's your responsibility to be on time. Why would you assume that you could show up late and still get your full hour?  

If you want a provider to wear black stockings bring her a pair as a gift and ask her to put them on.

If you got off, then this lesson wasn't a total loss.  

(1) she only provided her address about half an hour before the starting time. even I asked at least one hour ahead of the starting time.
(2) I text her if she had the stockings in her incall place. She said she had and would wear it for me.

One more point: she stopped her service at 6:25pm. She had briefly mentioned that she would have an appointment at 6:45pm, meaning that she only has 15 mins if the service ends at 6:30 mins....

Her service is  $400/hour with an agent.....

 So now, it really just becomes a newbie education issue. I stand by my original post, she did not rip you off, she simply did not perform up to "maximum GFE level"  
   
 A "small time" provider, as I like to think of them, advertises on backpage, has no website and no reviews, never turns down an appointment and therefore often books them back-to-back when she can get them. If she lets your date go over time, she might lose the next guy... and she certainly won't have time to shower in between. You want to be that second guy?  
   
 A high quality provider will cut you some slack on your appointment time; she won't watch the clock, she won't freak if the session goes a little bit over, and she won't START the clock until you arrive and are ready to go. She won't be scheduling appointments back-to-back, so she won't need to rush you.  
   
 That provider, you will rarely find on backpage unless BP is only a secondary advertising site for her. That provider will be charging significantly more than the bare minimum for her time. That provider (unless she is very new) will have multiple reviews here on TER telling you in detail all the wonderful things you can expect.  
   
 You have only one review under your name, and it can't be found, so I guess she's been delisted. We have no way of knowing what kind of research you did to find this girl, but here is my guess: backpage (or other local adult site) ad, no reviews, and 200/hr or less. Am I right?

I totally agree.

I realize that is not always easy to gauge, but there are tell tale signs of a high volume provider, and this is one of them. If she can't even let an hour go 10 min. over, she is not spacing her appts. out properly, and this is NOT your fault btw. She should have not accepted the appt. knowing she had one coming that close, but greedy, money hungry, high volume providers don't exactly operate with integrity. Hell yes, you should write a review...use an alias if you have to.

A provider charging $400 a hr is supposedly on the higher end and the experience from start to finish should reflect that.
