I am wondering, in the reviews on TER, in terms of price, is this a reference to the provider just walk in the room and chat about the weather, or generally is this what would be associated with being "all inclusive"?
All-inclusive, unless something in the review specifically mentions otherwise.
Also, don't take the price listed in the review as gold. Sometimes providers change their rates, and some reviewers are getting a "frequent customer discount". But they do at least give you a good idea of the neighborhood of the price.
