This is something I've always wondered.  When I do a reviews search, it lists providers by "Modified Date".  But if I select one with a Modified Date of this week, and I click on the provider to read the reviews, many times, the most recent review is not the same month as the Modified Date.  Why is this?  Is it because some reviewers changed their review after it was submitted, or maybe it took them awhile to write the review?

A reviewer has up to 3 months to submit a review.  So, if I see Marie Marvelous today, I have until the 11th of May to submit the review.

When I submit the review,  say the 2nd of May, thats what will show up as the "Modified Date"  (when it was last edited or submitted).  If you select the review to read it, you will see the Date is Feb.  When we actually had our meeting.

I think it is only for reviews. In fact I just submitted a problem report on a provider's profile, on Feb 9, and they made the changes, that very day. However when you look at her profile, it says modified date Jan 30, which is the date her last review was submitted.
