Those of us who are un-moderated get to post instantly.  Or so I thought...it took a couple of minutes for this to post.  So maybe you are right about the fifteen minute policy now applying to everyone...

When someone is new to the TER boards, when do they stop being moderated?   When/why does an established member get moderated? Thanks

Found the answer.  Everyone is modified with the new system.  Will post within 15 minutes.
