First of all, in NYC, many MPs change their names and locations of their own volition. Or their landlord jacks up the rent. Or the neighbors are starting to complain about the traffic. Or they decided to do a major renovation so they shutter the place for a month ... or 3 months, if they hire the wrong contractor. I remember one place that relocated when the pizza place downstairs caught on fire and police and fire dept went banging on doors to evacuate the building. There goes THAT location! Are you certain that it was LE?  

If she was busted for "practicing massage w/o a license," that's one thing. (Massage Therapists have to be licensed in NY State and also in MANY other states. It's an easier bust than hooking. That's why many advertise "body rub" (NOT massage).) Are you certain that it was LE?

I think that if a hooker gets charged for a one time one-of-a-kind prostitution related offense that it's a misdemeanor, not a criminal charge. What would that mean, a fine and no jail time? Are you certain that it was LE?
