This may be stupid but I am not familiar with the term "MILF".  What does it mean?

The term was supposed to be MILK.  People just keep spelling it wrong for some reason.

MILF is originally from the movie American Pie.  They are at a high school party, and a couple of guys are lusting after a photo of Stifler's mom on the wall.  "Dude the chick's a MILF!  Mom I'd like to fuck!"  Later on the MILF (played by Jennifer Coolidge) actually fucks a high school kid.

The term MILF existed when I was just starting high school, back in 1979.  I'm pretty sure it started even before that.

You can't claim both sides of the argument are correct.  You say MILF came about long before American Pie (correct), but that Carver has the answer right (incorrect).  He stated this term originated in American Pie, which even you say is false - so how can you say he is right and wrong?
