Maybe I've seen too many movies but I was wondering if there are places, outside of Vegas, who line up the girls so you can choose?

The places you are referencing are actually outside of Vegas, in a different county.  I am not aware of any other places in the US where you'll find this.

I recall one place on Vancouver Island, and a massage parlor outside of Boston, but that's about it.  

I never liked the line up scene anyways. It is too dehumanizing.

Brothels are not in Las Vegas. They are in other areas of Nevada such as Pahrump.
As to "lineups" in places other than Nevada brothels, you could try some AMPs. They used to be standard in Hawaii AMPs, but are very rare now.

There are two massage places in Belvidere Illinois that have lineups. In some ways it reminds me of a bad high school dance. Rub and tug places.

Has a couple of places that you can choose from a line-up of ladies.

Years back, the SOP at AMPs, RMPs and other massage parlors (and even an upscale agency or two - Jillian Bradley, Corporate Treasures) was to enter the parlor room and choose from the ladies lounging about.  Hmm ... Massage Parlor - Parlor Room.  I think I'm making a connection here.

Current SOP at AMPs is to make an appointment or get whoever Mamasan brings to you.  BUT, you can request a line-up which is actually having each girl pop in to say hello and exit.  Then you have to choose.  The parlor or lounge where the girls hang out, watch TV, etc. is off limits to most of us.

I think that some places in NYC are still very parlor-like: Gentleman's Choice, JoNY and maybe a few others.  But even at GC and JoNY, I think most guys make a specific request ahead of time.

I guess modern day on-line pictures of the "line up" has replaced the actual line-up.  Too many disappointments and guys might go back to demanding to see the real thing before making a selection

But a much nicer way to do that is to have revealing photos of the gals available at the reception desk so the customer doesn't feel he is embarrassing the gals, and the gals don't feel judged.

I did go to one AMP that did that

Taxi cab drivers will take you to a house where they just attack you when you walk in . Each one falling over one another to get you a beer and be chosen .
The cab driver would hang close by as he wanted the return fare. Im sure the cabby got a kickback as well .
I found one little chica that rocked my world !  We became off the clock fuck buddies for the remaining months I was there .
