Less is usually more.  I'd book her...  likely sometime during the setting up, she'll want to know which appointment type you are booking.  Proceed very carefully.  It wouldn't be wrong to wait until you are alone together.

or you could also say:  "the more expensive option".

In either case, neither constitutes specific sexual acts that shouldn't be mentioned.

a Massage session with her...  probably half the cost of GFE.  A FBSM would typically offer a happy ending.  And having had a successful meeting...  you'd be prescreened for a GFE meeting.
