Was never on the old one, but there is providers listed for chat under review section, that lists the place they are in. As far as the CHAT tab up top, it's one big chat room for whoever comes in, usually not many in there if any at all. If you cant get it to open by just clicking on it, try holding the CTRL button as you click on tab with your mouse. Sometimes if you have a pop up blocker on it won't start unless you do that.
