One of the definitions in urbandictionary for ces is "crazy european sex"
CES is also the "Consumer Electonics Show, " which is held each January in Vegas and does get mentioned on TER.

Almost 100% sure this is the meaning you are looking for.

A massive trade show in Vegas with nearly every maker of consumer electronics you can think of.  Well, except perhaps "adult" electronics, that comes a week later.
