I was looking through the new reviews the other day. And I saw the same provider with two different profiles. Some providers use two names (example: Sue So). The second profile the reviewer just used one of the providers name and used her Ad has her website. (I figured this was why a second profile was created, TER may have through she was two different providers) Any how, the providers first profile has reviews dating back from Nov.2004 til now, all the reviews are good. The second profile was a negative one! When I brought this to the attention of TER they simply eased the second negative profile!  Why would they do this instead of just combining the two profiles together? The negative review seemed to be a real review, I think other hobbyist would be interested in knowing! Feedback please!

Are you sure Admin didn't combine the profiles? That's how it is usually done.

No, I checked they didn't combine them. And they didn't add the negative review to the original profile.
